Some choices look like madness.
But years later, people will call them—a vision.
I once gave up medical school,
and also left behind high pay in Silicon Valley and at NVIDIA.
When I said I wanted “every household to be able to use green power,”
more people simply stayed silent or thought it impossible.
But changing the world has never begun with being reasonable;
it begins with belief.
The hardest part of entrepreneurship has never been funding or technology,
but whether, when no one understands,
you are still willing to keep moving forward.
We have been misunderstood, questioned and overlooked,
yet step by step,
we have turned green power from a distant slogan
into a choice that enters everyday life.
Making energy simpler.
Bringing sustainability closer.
Making the future more than just the future.
As the year draws to a close,
thank you to everyone who has walked alongside us,
and to everyone still pursuing a dream, I wish you—
peace, courage and brilliance in the new year.
Stay hungry.
Stay foolish.
Think green.
Love earth!
See you next year.
