KiWi was honored to join SEMI's AI & Net-Zero Dual Transformation Forum as part of a broader conversation on how industry can respond to two forces now arriving at the same time: the acceleration of AI adoption and the urgency of decarbonization. At the forum, KiWi founder and CEO Dr. Wei-Che Huang was invited as a featured speaker to share the energy-side reality behind this shift — enterprises do not only need more electricity, but smarter, cleaner, and dispatchable electricity.

Dr. Huang's session focused on a core challenge we are seeing across the market: AI growth is rapidly turning power availability into a strategic constraint for enterprise transformation. As data-intensive workloads expand, businesses need energy systems that can be monitored, optimized, and orchestrated in real time. This is where KiWi's AI Energy Datacenter approach becomes practical — integrating distributed solar, storage, EV charging, and load behavior into an operational layer that supports both resilience and carbon reduction.

Hosted by SEMI, the forum brought together public-sector leaders, industry executives, and sustainability practitioners around the shared theme of AI implementation, net-zero transition, and industrial upgrading. We were glad to contribute KiWi's field experience from commercial energy management and virtual power plant operations, and to exchange views with organizations working across manufacturing, digital infrastructure, and energy transformation.

We thank SEMI and the organizing team for the invitation, and all attendees for the thoughtful discussions after the session. As enterprise electrification, AI deployment, and carbon accountability continue to converge, KiWi will keep working with partners to build the infrastructure layer that makes that transition executable — not only visionary, but operational.
